Webinar - Production of qualitative Reference Materials - 19 September 2024 |
This online Eurachem/CITAC event, in collaboration with members of the ISO Committee on Reference materials, will discuss the new ISO guidance on the production of qualitative reference materials, ISO 33406, including how stability and homogeneity can be checked and how the traceability and uncertainty of qualitative values can be reported. The survey aimed to gather information about the performance evaluation of non-quantitative proficiency testing (PT) with a view to support potential harmonisation of approaches.

2022 saw the publication of a new version of ISO 15189 - Medical laboratories - Requirements for quality and competence. This new Information Leaflet, prepared by the Eurachem Education and Training Working Group gives a quick overview of the main changes in the 2022 edition of the Standard. |

| MathMet, is the European Metrology Network for Mathematics and Statistics, set up to bridge measurement science and mathematical and statistical methods. MathMet is conducting a Measurement Uncertainty (MU) Training Activity, creating new material for MU training at different levels and establishing an active community for those teaching measurement uncertainty. Participation is welcomed.
